How long is the warranty for my fireplace? What does it cover?

All warranty details are listed in the manual you received with your device. Your product manual will accurately describe what is covered and how long it will last.

Can I place a sample order for test first?

Yes, we appreciated that you would accept to pay the sample cost and sample freight.

What’s the delivery time for the order?

– April to Sept.: 75 days after the receipt of deposit.

What’s the payment term?

Can I run the fireplace without the heat?

Yes, electric fireplaces can often be used without heat. You can enjoy the appearance of flames even on hot summer days.

Does the glass front of an electric fireplace get hot?

No, the heating elements are set behind the safety screens and do not get hot enough to burn. The glass front always remains cool to the touch and is perfectly safe for children and pets.

Where is the best place to intall an fireplace?

Electric fireplace series can be installed in any indoor space desiring heat or ambiance.

Do ethanol fireplaces give off any fumes or gases?

No, Bioethanol fuel burns clean and don’t produce any smoke, odors, ash or soot.

Do you test your fires?

All of our products are tested in labs for safety of use, the most of them have been tested by TUV Test, the leading international body for the certification of safety and quality for products, services and management systems.

What must I never do?

Do not spill any fuel when filling the fuel box;
Never top up the fuel box of a burning or hot fireplace;
Do not use the fireplace in non-ventilated rooms;
Do not stock the bio ethanol nearby a fireplace;
We do not recommend placing the fireplace in a bedroom or a bathroom. If you wish to use the fireplace in a small room (less than 20sqm / 220 sqf), the doors should stay open or keep a window open, the ventilation of the room will be required.
