Depending on order volume, customization requirements, and seasonal capacity, lead time is typically 50–75 days from order confirmation. Our off-peak season runs from November through May; peak season is June through October.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). While the standard industry terms for custom orders are 50% deposit + 50% balance, to better support our clients and reduce the barrier for new partners, we can offer a more favorable structure of 30% deposit + 70% balance — please contact us to discuss further.
