What is Built In Electric Fireplace
The built in electric fireplace is a product comprising heating elements, controllers, simulated firewood, outer frames, vents, drive motors, reflectors, LED lights, glass panels, and other components. It offers three heating methods: heating wire heating, infrared heating, and ceramic heating (PTC). Additionally, it can simulate the sound of burning wood, accompanied by the effect of flames, providing an authentic experience as if you are truly next to a warm flame.
Installation options include embedding it into the wall, hanging it on the wall surface, or placing it inside a wooden frame. For walls that are too thin, we also offer semi-embedded models for you to choose from.
Noteworthy is our commitment to innovative design as a fireplace manufacturer. For instance, in terms of frame design, you can choose between an all-glass frame or a narrow metal frame with a glass panel in the middle – a design that has gained recent popularity. Coupled with the classic black or white glass surface, it exudes a simple and elegant aesthetic.
Another distinctive design style is the “viewing the fire from three sides.” Unlike traditional fireplace designs where only one side displays the flame effect, our new design allows you to see the burning flames from three directions – the front or the sides. This design creates a genuine three-dimensional effect, and you have the option to add decorative wooden frames for a refreshing new look.

Built In Electric Fireplace Working principle
The heart of the built in electric fireplace is an electric heater with a simulated flame effect. It releases heat through a heating device, utilizing LED lights to project onto reflective strips for creating projections. The motor propels the reflective strips to rotate, and a fire plate is added in front to generate a simulated flame effect, seamlessly combining functionality and decoration.
The heating element, responsible for heat dissipation, works in tandem with a motor-driven reflector that can be adjusted at various speeds (generally five gears for flame speed). Combined with the LED light at the base, it mimics the flame effect. You have control over the flame color (12 types), the color of the charcoal bed (9-12 types), lightness and darkness variations (5 types), and flame speed (5 types). It even simulates the sound of burning wood.
Additionally, the charcoal base is primarily composed of crystal stone or simulated firewood to replicate the burning effect.
The unit includes fans and air outlets (only applicable to the electric heating wire heating element). The fan directs air into the heating element, efficiently distributing hot air evenly through the air outlet, which can be positioned at the front or side. The front air outlet can discharge air horizontally or diagonally downward to address obstacles above the outlet.
Moreover, the controller is located on the front of the fireplace, allowing adjustments to the fireplace thermostat or overheating protection device.
