A: Because we self-produce over 80% of our components — including molds, PCB design and fabrication, LED strips, reflective elements, sheet metal forming and painting, and final assembly — the entire production process is completed internally, ensuring high efficiency and consistency. Depending on order volume, customization requirements, and seasonal capacity, lead time is typically 50–75 days from order confirmation. Our off-peak season runs from November through May; peak season is June through October.

Q: What payment terms do you accept?

A: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). While the standard industry terms for custom orders are 50% deposit + 50% balance, to better support our clients and reduce the barrier for new partners, we can offer a more favorable structure of 30% deposit + 70% balance — please contact us to discuss further.
